Kenapa memilih Bootcamp ? Xsis

Halo semua,

Banyak yang masih galau karena "Bootcamp apaan ya?" Atau "Kenapa memilih bootcamp nih?" 

Bagi kalian yang awal masalah kerja atau awal-awal. Mendengar kata 'Bootcamp' sendiri pasti akan bingung dan tidak paham.

Jadi, bootcamp disini adalah program sebuah perusahaan untuk menghasilkan tenaga ahli tertentu melalui pelatihan dan pengembangan diri.

Di bootcamp kamu akan di gembleng untuk dapat mempelajari suatu bidang tertentu. Biasanya Bootcamp akan diikuti dengan kontrak kerja setelahnya jika kamu memang telah memenuhi syarat untuk menjadi tenaga ahli.

Dan pertanyaan mengenai kenapa memilih bootcamp?
Yah itu kembali ke masing masing ya. Untuk saya saya yang pernah ikut bootcamp, itu merupakan sebuah jalan untuk saya mencari prngalampe dari fresh gradiate yang sebelumnya tidak memahami tentang dunia kerja dan belum menguasai bidang tertentu. Dan tentunya dengan mengikuti bootcamp mempermudah bagi kita untuk mrlihat gambaran dunia kerja dan keahlian apa saja yang mrmang dicari dan dibutuhkan. Apalagi jika mengikuti bootcamp akan mudah bagi kita untuk disalurkan ke berbagai tempat sebagai tenaga ahli di bidangnya jika memenuhi syarat untuk menjadi tenaga ahli.

Jadi, kenapa memilih Bootcamp?
Tidak ada salahnya mencoba bukan...

Pertanyaan Mengenai Gaji Saat Wawancara Kerja

Halo semua, sekarang kita akan membahas soal pertanyaan yang umum ditanyakan saat wawancara kerja. Terutama pertanyaan tentang Gaji. Pertanyaan tentang gaji mungkin termasuk sensitif ya, dan sedikit tidaknya mempengaruhi penilaian dari pewawancara. Nah disini saya akan memberikan sedikit saran untuk menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan tersebut,

Nah, untuk pertanyaan gaji sendiri umumnya ya begitu-begitu saja ya. Seperti, "Gaji yang diharapkan berapa?", "Ekspektasi gaji yang anda harapkan berapa?" dan semacamnya. Tetapi, untuk jawaban sendiri saya mengkategorikan menjadi dua. Untuk mereka yang telah berpengalaman dan pernah bekerja sebelumnya, dan mereka yang masih awam mengenai dunia kerja atau dapat dikatakan fresh graduate.

Untuk kalian yang masih awam atau fresh graduate sendiri jawaban teraman menurut saya sendiri adalah "Saya menyesuaikan dengan peraturan dan standar perusahaan, tetapi tolong dipertimbangkan juga dengan kemampuan dan kinerja saya nantinya."

Lalu, bagaimana dengan kalian yang sudah berpengalaman kerja saat wawancara kerja dan ditanya mengenai ekspektasi gaji. Disini akan banyak pertimbangan, biasanya yang sudah berpengalaman mencari kerja baru adalah untuk peningkatan taraf standar penghasilan. Ketika dalam situasi ditanyakan ekspektasi gaji, jangan sungkan untuk menyebutkan nominal. Tetapi di haruskan dan sudah dipastikan skill kalian mrmang mumpuni untuk posisi yang kalian lamar. Jawaban yang umum biasanya hampir sama juga "Sesuai standar kebijakan perusahaan dan pertimbangan dari kemampuan saya dan kontribusi saya untuk perusahaan." Ketika ditanya kontribusi seperti apa sih? Jawab saja " Dengan skill saya, saya harap saya bisa berkontribusi untuk mewujudkan tujuan perusahaan." Simpel tetapi memang cukup dibutuhkan keberanian untuk menjelaskan seperti demikian.

Pengalaman Indonesia Android Kejar

Kali ini saya mau share tentang pengalaman ikut Indonesia android kejar yang pertama kali.
Jadi, awal cerita saya diajak teman saya untuk ikut Indonesia android kejar, saya di beri link untuk mendaftar. Pendaftaran pun termasuk mudah, hanya akan diberi form biodata, lokasi domisili, serta alasan mengenai passion kita ingin ikut Indonesia Android kejar ini, serta ingin ikut dalam kelas tahap apa. Ada tiga tahapan kelas, Beginner, Intermediate, dan Advanced. Saya memilih Intermediate, walaupun saya belum pernah menikuti kelas beginner. KArena saya pikir saya sudah pernah mempelajari basic Android Studio saat di perkuliahan dulu.

Selang sekitar dua minggu ada email masuk, bahwa saya terpilih sebagai peserta anggota IAK(Indonesia Android Kejar). Dan diharuskan memilih fasilitator serta lokasi yang telah tersedia. Disini kelas akan diupdate tiap harinya, jika belum menemukan kelas yang sesuai, tunggu saja sampai ada update kelas yang sesuai anda cari.

Setelah memilih fasilitator termasuk kelas dan jadwal, maka akan ada email dari tiap-tiap fasilitator untuk mendaftar group whatsapp kelas yang saya pilih. Termasuk grup bebas dan orang-orangnya humble. Oh iya, jadwal untuk kelas Intermediate saya waktu itu adalah 4 kali pertemuan.

Saat pertemuan pertama waktu itu, membuat aplikasi untuk mengambil data Json dari API, lumayan bisa mengikuti. Dilanjut hari kedua membuat aplikasi Daftar film yang diambil dari API, dengan gambar. Sampai di pertemun terakhir, selama lima hari kedepan setelah pertemuan terakhir akan diwajibkan membuat final project sesuai ketentuan yang ada. Tenang saja, apa yang sudah dipelajari semua adalah bahan untuk final Projectnya. Berikut Contoh Final Project IAK Intermediate yang pernah saya buat untuk dikumpulkan.

BERMUDA TRIANGLE /_\

      Ok, together with me, we will discuss about BERMUDA TRIANGLE...
Firstly i wanna ask you, did you know BERMUDA TRIANGLE? a silly question, but all people must was know about this mysterious place, which located on west atlantic ocean, southeast of Miami Florida,AS.

     This Mysterious Place also called Machine Graveyard, How come? OoO

Ya, it caused of Many plane,ships, and submarines has been lost and sunk there and the wrecks cannot be find...
The cause still mystery until now...

    Lots of theory  from scientists out, about big electromagnetic tide, methan gas, UFO ship, and more...
But no one from those theory can explain about this haunted mysterious place...

If it was a electromagnetic tide, it might be true of  lots machine has lost contact when entering that area.But, few of machinist, sailors, and pilots said by using telegrams, appear a white light there and then suck all items there, it mean electromagnetic tide didn't accuracy true.

If it was Methan gas explode, maybe can true with a white light before made ships and planes lost, but how with compass didn't functioned, and radio communication can lost? This is a mystery.
So, methan gas theory cannot becomes basis

And about UFO? UFO still a mystery until now, peoples believe or not, know about UFO, but it still cannot proved by science... (: So this theory still odd...

Another theory, one pilots from American militer, before his plane lost, he contact the militer center and said,
He confused with the compass and on radar cannot show any lands only seas as he was not on earth, then the contact has lost same as another pilots destiny when cross this atlantic ocean, might BERMUDA TRIANGLE is a time path, which can moved anything into another dimension.

     Hmmm... So whats on your mind after read this post?
It's a one of horrible place ever, sunk and the wrecks lost as ghost...

This is just my imagination, and being my ambition. In my mind there is people who can be a masters of Time,stars,galaxy,and planets, vacum room also,,, (:

The are the greatest people in the world, I thought they are real,might there are... ^_^
They can controlling all thing becoming float,made a vacuum room wherever and whenever using magic spell, they spell typically use words "ACCACAETRA" it's the symbol of time spell...... :)
